We provide AI-powered image and video enhancement services. We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend the Service at any time without prior notice.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any facial data is processed in real time and permanently deleted immediately after processing. We do not store any biometric data or use it for identification purposes.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account. We are unable to process cancellations directly.
• Refunds: All refunds are subject to the refund policy of the applicable app store.

You agree not to upload any illegal, harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content. You may not reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service for commercial purposes beyond its intended use. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access.

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

You retain full ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content from the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region where you reside, unless otherwise required by local law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
